Why Forward Thinking
Throughout my career it’s always been noticed that anyone outside of the traditional career trajectory fell through the cracks, not fitting into one group or another. Often, people were either overqualified and grew bored or felt imposter syndrome in a group of experts. We want to help everyone to find a good fit and gain a network that helps support success.
